
Have you ever heard of detox ? What is the detox? It is doing something that helps drive waste out of the body or cleans the toxins from the body that we will think of the intestinal detox to detoxify, remove various impurities including the pathogens that are harmful to the body. It also reduces the accumulation and leeway of weste and toxins, which destroys health and causing various illnesses
Firstly, if we want to add fiber so that we can shoot more fluently,must come from fruit because fruit is a food that has a lot of water, digestible,have antioxidants and contains beneficial nutrients to the body as well , which tips in choosing to eat is fruit that has a lot of water and the taste is not too sweet such as watermelon,rose apple and pineapple
Secondly, flax seed, pumpkin seeds,almond,walnuts,grain seeds and others. It has antioxidants and full of nutritions food and also helps in the excretion as well especially those who want to control weight, helps increase the function of the excretory system, absorb toxins from the intestinal wall and drive out with the stool
Finally, sometimes the nutrients in vegetables are reduced if used to cook using too much heat, but if it is onions, carrots, guava, broccoli,lettuce,garlic which if we eat fresh will have more nutrients, helps detoxify the liver toxins quite well and also stimulate the liver to produce enzymes that will help the body detox. It will help each other out of the digestive system.
However, detox has both advantages and disadvantages, if we get rid of toxins from the body correctly, must have knowledge ,good hygiene and cleanliness. What should be avoided should be done because of the risk of causing serious harm.
